Reiki
The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei”, meaning universal, and “ki”, meaning life energy. Reiki is a type of energy healing. Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical or emotional injury or pain. Overtime these energy blocks can cause illness. Reiki helps to improve the flow of energy to remove these blocks. Reiki involves light touch or no touch at all and can be done in person or virtually.
Shamnism
The shamanic medicine wheel is a sacred circle divided into four cardinal directions: East, South, West, and North. Each direction holds its own unique energy, teachings, and symbolism. The wheel also represents the cycles of life, the changing seasons, and the stages of personal transformation. It serves as a guide for individuals seeking balance, harmony, and alignment within themselves and the world around them.
